Our non-profit dance company Meta4 Dance, is on a mission to bring contemporary dance to the heart of rural communities. 

We're looking for passionate individuals to join and strengthen our dynamic board of directors, to help us make dance accessible for all and to support the work we are doing here in Northumberland. 

Qualities we are looking for:

🌟 Someone who is enthusiastic about our work, ethos and ambitions for the company.

🌟 Has a professional approach to work as well as excellent communication skills. 

🌟 Holds an interest in culture & arts.

🌟 Is passionate about making dance accessible for all.

Who we are looking for:

Secretary - Someone who will manage and maintain minutes, attendance and general admin tasks. 

Financial officer - Someone who will provide financial guidance and expertise to the board.

Your Commitment:

🗓️ Quarterly board meetings (3 hours each).

⏳ 10 hours per year for project-based reviews.
