Meta4 Dance Company are a contemporary dance company based in rural Northumberland.

We create live indoor and outdoor dance performances. We also provide school workshops and lead weekly community classes. Classes are for children, teenagers, adults and older adults. We do this to increase inclusivity in contemporary dance.

Meta4 brings high-quality dance to young people with special educational needs & disabilities and opportunities into rural locations to break down barriers which come with living rurally.
